The Ultimate Beef Jerky

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2011
Good jerky. Main reason i picked it was that i had all the ingredients. Used venison, and it was inhaled by my kids. I just marinaded it over night...if i make it again, i'll marinate it a little longer.

Not bad!!!! Needed a little extra water for the dough. Used leftover ham and shredded cheese and real mashed potatoes. Yummy! Made them at a friend's house, who had never heard of them, they were a hit!!

Sugar Cookies VI

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
Overall, good cookie. My first attempt at sugar cookies, and was looking for a simple recipe, that didn't have me running to the store! This was it! No complaints here. Although, I've had better....

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
mmm, good!!! I will definitely be making this one again!!! I used the maple sausage (just cuz that's what was in my freezer), 6 eggs, and 1 1/2 c. milk. Turned out great! Layered the bread, sausage, cheese, and then egg like one reviewer recommended. was the first egg casserole i'd ever made, and it will be one that i will go back to and pass on the recipe:)

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Pan Cookie

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
Very tasty!!! I followed the recipe, except i only HAD 3/4c. of butter. Otherwise i wouldn't have changed anything. I don't like making batches of cookies (mess/lack of space/takes too much time) but this was super easy and no mess, and was in the oven in no time!

Steff's Shepherd Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
It is a very easy meal, although not much different than the tater tot hotdish i make. Just mashed potatoes intead of tater tots. Either way, it got eaten up, kids loved it. I added cream cheese to mashed potatos, and ate it with sour cream. Just to change it up from my tater tot hotdish.

Good and easy. Used italian bread crumbs and alittle more seasonings in them... and an egg wash instead of substituting. very simple..
