Braised Chicken Breasts in Tasty Mirepoix Ragout

Chicken was pretty good. The family didn't care for the sauce and veggies. That was too bad since it took a little over 2 hrs to make.

Everyone loved this! I'm a vegan, so I just skipped the egg and bacon for me, but my hubby and kids ate the recipe as-is. We were all very, very happy. I did go with the reviews that reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup.

Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze

Always a winner. As a vegan, I use the non-dairy margarines, but even then, the entire (meat eating) family loves them.

Leftover Chicken Croquettes

I used chicken and vegeables (mushrooms, onion, garlic) leftover from a crockpot dish. Just added the egg and breadcrumbs. Rave review..especially with a side of BBQ sauce! The possibilities are endless.

Zucchini Cheese Garlic Appetizer

family totally dug this. I wouldn't bake it in a 9x13 again though, came out a little too crusty. Next time will try the 8x8.

Butternut Squash Bake

I thought this was great. I love butternut squash and am always looking for new ways to have it. I did make one change - I'm a Vegan, so I didn't use the cheese, but still found it to be quite yummy.

Washabinaros Chili

Holy Cow! My entire family loved this. Yummy on noodles with some cheese or with tortilla chips. The ingredient list would never clue you in on how good this really is. I didn't change a thing, and my family it was absolutely wonderful.
