Roasted Easter Ham

Excellent! Recipe as written makes enough sauce for a 10 pound ham. Would bake at 350 though as I had to boost the temp during the last hour and fifteen minutes to get internal temp to 140. Will definitely be making this again!

Oven Fried Chicken II

Excellent recipe. Followed other reviewers suggestions added a little milk to egg and sprayed pans with olive oil spray in place of the 1/2 cup of oil. Chicken was moist and coating was perfectly crispy. Will definitely make again!

Campbell's® Creamy Dijon Chicken with Rice

Substituted Cream of Chicken Soup; followed other reviewers suggestion to increase the Dijon Mustard - used 2 Tablespoons - could have easily used 3; and added a splash of white wine. Very good, will definitely make again!

Chicken with Lime Butter

Overall excellent. Would definitely make again. Decrease butter to 3 TBSP. Used 3 breasts but kept sauce mixture the same - wonderful. Sprinkled breasts with pepper (no salt) and garlic powder. Instead of serving the sauce over the chicken, I added some refrigerated minced garlic and let it simmer for 10-15 min. Served with white rices seasoned with salt, pepper, dill and parsley. Fussy family loved it!

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

This was delicious and easy! My husband, who is convinced he's going to grow feathers due to all the chicken I serve, loved it. Did follow other reviewers and used Dijon mustard; keeping all other instructions the same. A definite make again.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Terrific recipe - my fussy and critical family members loved it too! Used approx 2 lbs. boneless/skinless chicken breasts - cut in half (to make big kabobs);substituted 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning for Rosemary; substituted 1 tsp white wine vinegar for vinegar; omitted salt/sugar; marinated 1 hr. Will definitely be making again - yummy!

New York Chicken

06/19/11 Chicken was delicious!! Substituted onion powder for the dried onion, kept all other ingredients the same. Baked for 45 minutes and it was done. Definitely on the "make again" list.

Papa's Vinegar Chicken

06/20/11 Oh my goodness this was delicious! Was hesitant about making this at first due to the amount of apple cider vinegar, margarine/butter and salt. I followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of the salt. I cut the salt amount in half, as I was unsure if omitting it would affect the recipe. To be honest, the next time (and there will be a next time) I make this recipe, I will omit it completely, as I don't normally use salt in my cooking, and I don't think it will be missed. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Lavonne's Scrumptious White Wine Chicken

This was delicious. Kept the oven at 375, but I cut back on the cooking time. Cooked covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes. Also, I think I'd leave off the poultry seasoning - found it a bit overpowering. Otherwise terrific! Beth M.
