Absolutely delicious. I did this in the crockpot for 8 hours on low. The leftovers were great over noodles!

Colorful Vegetable Fajitas

Delicious! I added a can of green chiles for a bit of spice. The mixture was even good left over the day after just as a vegetable side with steak.

Blueberry or Cherry Dessert

I halved this recipe and made it in a graham cracker pie crust. The baking time was about the same as what the recipe called for. I used half a can of blueberry pie filling. It was yummy!

Hariton's 'Famous' Vegetarian Casserole

This was so delicious!! I did not soak the eggplant though, because I thought it would be too limp. It came out great anyway. The other reveiwer was right about the portion size. I cut it down to a three serving size and it still made six to eight servings.

Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

This was so good! I tripled it and took it to a potluck luncheon. It was completely gone! Two people asked me for the recipe, too. I did halve the ketchup, because the first time I made it, it seemed that was all you could taste. And it smelled Great! while it was cooking. Thanks!
