Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2014
So delicious! I follow the recipe exactly minus the sherry as I never have it on hand (and I usually add in mushrooms). Still tastes great. This recipe is the perfect last minute meal as the ingredients are basically always available.

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2011
These were good enough that my picky, non-ethnic food eating husband ate them for dinner and said he MIGHT eat them again. I found them delicious :)

Chicken Hurry

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2011
Definitely flavourful. Will probably make again...The sauce on mine got really runny (thinking the fat from the skin on the chicken thighs). But what stuck to the meat was delicious :)

Rhubarb Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2011
This was good. My grandma has a similar recipe using buttermilk instead of sour cream, putting cinnamon into the cake and a white sugar/vanilla topping that I much more prefer to this one. But definitely a hit for people who generally dont like rhubarb :)

One Bowl Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2011
These were extremely good...but I'm not sure 5 stars good. I'm not sure how to make them better. Maybe if I use top quality ingredients...or throw in some chocolate chips or something :) I will definitely make them again though!

Lentil and Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2011
If this went to a million stars I would rate it the highest of the highest. I used mild italian sausage instead of sweet but otherwise did the recipe exactly. I can't stop eating it.....BY FAR one of the best soups I've ever made (if not theeeee best).

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
was extremely crumbly and tasted kind of weird immediately after it baked. Ate some later that evening and it was much better. Ate some the next day and it was DELICIOUS. So the only suggestion I have is let it rest :P

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
made exactly as the recipe called, but added some italian seasoning and sea salt to the chicken mixture. Was AMAZING! Not a complaint amongst us. Even my husband who hates lasagna loved it.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2011
I never buy chicken thighs because I just never know what to do with them. I do now! WOW! Sooooooooo delicious. I used thighs with the bone in and they were so juicy and moist. The only thing I did differently was bake at 375 for 20 mins, flip and pour rest of sauce on, and bake for 5 more minutes. They were cooked perfectly (smaller sized thighs)

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2010
Amazing. I followed the recipe exactly except for using 4 cups of zucchini and no walnuts. It was TO DIE FOR!!!!!!!! Took closer to 40 minutes in my oven.
