Country-Style Steak

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2015
this recipe right here is a absolute must to keep in your rotation especially in the cooler seasons it a great comfort food and relatively inexpensive. I gave it 5 stars even though I added minor additions but as is I'm sure it would of came out just as divine. I reduce the seasonings for flour dredging because I wanted to add a little onion soup seasoning to the broth and flour mixture and that really gave the gravy flavoring some depth. The meat was very tender yet still moist of course you want to double the sauce to have a enough to drizzle generously over meat and your side (pair with mash potatoes) I also added some fresh sliced mushroom to the gravy. yummy stuff.

Best Spanish Rice

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2013
Ive been preparing this recipe for years. As stated in other reviews if you like your dishes on the bland side follow the recipe to a tee. If you want ot kick it up a notch all that needed is a little seasoning such as cummin, taco seasoning or just plan ole johnny's seasoning salt. All in all, this recipe is a keeper and it a great side dish for any mexican meal.

Stuffed Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2013
Very tasty... A little salty but that may be my bad because I season the chops as well as season the gravy/soup concoction. Green beans for the side also next time I'll leave a little gravy aside to drizzle on them when there done because the gravy you use to bake them ends up thinning out due to the steam

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2013
Yes indeedie, this one's a keeper. Fam and those alike enjoy as well. Double the sauce due to i wanted to add more of variety of veggies in additions to the snow peas: red & green peppers, red onions, brocolli, & mushrooms. And i did jazz up my brown rice by turning it into ginger fried rice with a little fresh ginger, fresh minced garlic, sprouts and a dab of soy sauce and little course pepper. Your definately getting your vegetable and protein in this dish. The!
