Pecan Cranberry Muffins

Really good muffins. I stuck to the recipe including the lemon zest. I plan on re-using this recipe when holiday company come and I don't think I will change a thing.

Nutty Date Muffins

Not one of my favorites. The small amount of batter made 6 small muffins that should be baked no more than 15 min. or they come out dry and over done.
