Very delicious! I did as others suggested and increased the milk and cinnamon topping, adding it to the middle and top. Great recipe!!!!!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2010
I made this last week and it was delicious! I did make a few minor changes though. I used a pint of fat free half and half and then made a slurry with cornstarch and 1.5 cups of 2% milk (I like a lot of sauce). I added more cajun seasoning and some red pepper. It took about 15-20 for it to thicken. At the end when everything came together I stirred the linguini in the pot with the sauce and added a cup of Italian cheese. It was very tasty and I had enough to eat for two days! Thanks!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2010
These were great! Even better the next day. They taste like the kind of cookies you would get from Subway or the mall. My friend wants me to add peanut butter to them next time for a change but they definitely don't need it. This will be my regular chocolate chip cookie recipe. Thanks Elizabeth!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
What more can I say? Would give 20 stars if possible. Maybe the best recipe on this site. Chicken came out juicy and flavorful. So simple to throw together too. This could be a great base for other recipes such as enchiladas or chicken salad. Will be making on a weekly basis.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
This were good I just think they needed a little something more. I added some milk chocolate chips but next time I think I will add maybe 1/4 cup cocoa powder to get a taste similar to reeses peanut butter cups. My boyfriend loved them!

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
Very tasty dish. I made this last night and LOVED it! I followed the recipe except putingt the stewed tomatoes in the chopper for a smoother texture. I don't like the taste of whole tomatoes. Because I did this I ommited the tomato sauce. Didn't want to over do the tomato flavor or have the sauce too thin. It was perfect and also quick n easy. Will definitely put this recipe in my weekly rotation.
