About this Cook
I am a young woman recently graduated from college with a nursing degree. I love to cook for my friends, and find it's harder to cook for only myself.
My favorite things to cook
Cabbage and carrot stir fry reminds me of home. I also enjoy making Chinese dumplings (jiao ze), but it takes hours and hours, so I don't do it very often. I have been to China twice, and am in search of the perfect "sweet and sour chicken", like they had in Lanzhou. Its been 6 years, and I haven't quite found it yet.

Mouth Watering Medley
Good! After reading other reviews, I added season salt to the potatoes while cooking, and added another egg and 1/4 c. Milk to the mixture. I also used a slightly smaller pan and baked it for about 10 minutes longer. Yum!

Clone of a Cinnabon
Loved how fluffy theses were! Not as much flavor as my mom's, but we really enjoyed these!

Jennie's Heavenly Slow Cooker Chicken
I used frozen chicken breasts and cooked in my crock pot on low for 8 hours....wonderful!
