Simple Sicilian Salad Dressing
great basic dressing you can do a lot with. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because I made a few changes that gave it a little more pazzaz but it's all about personal taste. If you are interested here is what I changed. Equal parts EVOO and vinegar because I felt it was a little too oily in the original, whole garlic clove fresh oregano and I put it in a magic bullet type blender type blender. I think next time I will add fresh basil in too. All in all small changes to a great dressing!

Sweet and Chunky Tomato Soup
I converted it to a crockpot recipe and it turned out great! Sauteed the veggies and added to them to the crockpot with the other ingredients. I changed the milk to heavy cream and it in at the last. Everyone raved!!! This recipe will be keeping me warm all winter!

Apple Glazed Pork Tenderloin
This recipe is great! Every time I make it, it is gone. I made a couple of minor changes. Added dried cranberries in with the apples and added mushrooms to the veggies. Also I don't bother to brown it as I usually use a loin and make it for a crowd. To do this I buy a large loin and increase th veggies put it all in a turkey roaster pour the apple mixture and the balsamic vinegar mixture over it all and turn the oven on to 250 and leave it for a few hours. I have found this works great if you can't be home all day to cook, add some rolls and a salad and you have a wonderful dinner.
