Turkey Posole
We loved this dish! Yummy, versatile, and healthy! It makes sort of a soup but my husband isn't a soup person so for the first meal we had it I drained the liquid and we had it with some corn tortillas and salsa. Then there was more liquid so I had it for the next few days as soup for lunch. Also I didn't have hominy do I used frozen corn and that worked fine. This would be great for a crowd! This is one for the recipe box!

Simple Sicilian Salad Dressing
great basic dressing you can do a lot with. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because I made a few changes that gave it a little more pazzaz but it's all about personal taste. If you are interested here is what I changed. Equal parts EVOO and vinegar because I felt it was a little too oily in the original, whole garlic clove fresh oregano and I put it in a magic bullet type blender type blender. I think next time I will add fresh basil in too. All in all small changes to a great dressing!

Sweet and Chunky Tomato Soup
I converted it to a crockpot recipe and it turned out great! Sauteed the veggies and added to them to the crockpot with the other ingredients. I changed the milk to heavy cream and it in at the last. Everyone raved!!! This recipe will be keeping me warm all winter!
