Stuffed Peppers My Way
Fantastic! I also rubbed a little olive oil on the peppers and I had to use sautéed white onion and brown rice but it came out great. We will make this one again.

Slow Cooker Reuben Dip
I made this dip one time for my company Christmas party and I have now been designated to bring it to every event I'm invited to. I froze some of it and when thawing and microwaving, I add a little more 1000 Island so it doesn't dry out. Thanks!!

Creamy Mustard and Tarragon Chicken
This recipe was a hit at our house. Next time I will add mushrooms for texture. I served it with cous cous and steamed broccoli. There is enough sauce to dress up the broccoli even for veggie haters to enjoy!
