Home-Made Cream of Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2011
Love the flavor with the garlic. I used olive oil instead of canola- much healthier. Also I did not add the sugar. It was delicious. I tasted and loved the taste so I decided it did not need it. I love this recipe because store bought stuff has msg in it. Also this is much cheaper. I also did not add the chicken and added 1/2 teas. sp. chicken bouillon.

Light Wheat Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
I loved this recipe. I have never had good luck with rolls but this time they turned out great. I used cane sugar and they were great! Also subbed the extra 1/2 cup of white flour with pastry ground wheat so it was more healthy. :)

Creamy Hot Chocolate

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2010
I made this with evaporated milk and 3/4 cup of sugar. I put a little less cocoa in because it was strong the first time. My family loved it.

I made these with whole wheat flour and olive oil instead of butter. They were so good my family ate them up in a matter of minutes. Next time I will double the recipe.

Chicken Noodle Soup II

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2010
This is yummy. I did not have time to do noodles and favor rice so I added 2 cups of cooked white rice at the end. (made in my rice cooker while soup was simmering). Added a bit of rosemary and a dash of basil. So good!

Waffles II

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2010
These are very tasty waffles. They are really filling and all my kids loved them. We added 3/4 cup chocolate chips just before cooking them and you can save them and eat them for snacks. These waffles are really light and fluffy. We added 2 T. sugar as well. We used olive oil because it is healthier. We will definitely use this recipe again!
