Made these last night after receiving my weekly organic produce box. Super YUM! Couldn't keep my hands out of them, but wasn't able to finish them. Popped them into a warm oven for about 5 minutes to crisp them up again and they were even better! I used garlic/herb flavored oil. Even my husband liked them!

Chicken Satay

This was very good. I doubled the marinade, poored 1/2 over the chicken, added additional peanut butter and hot sauce and used it for the dipping sauce (enough PB in the food processor to make it the right consistency). Once these came off the grill, they were excellent and everyone loved them at the cookout.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have made this recipe 3 times in the past 2 weeks....they just seem to disappear! I also have tweaked the recipe just a bit. With adding pudding mix, think of the possibilities! I tried making it with White Chocolate pudding the first time.....yum. French Vanilla the second ("better than Grandma's cookies"), and Chocolate Fudge the third. I also added white chocolate chunks the third time as well. Oh My Gosh!!! People at work just can't get enough!!!

Amaretto Cake

Oh My Gosh!!! That is all I can say about this cake! It is so good and moist that it is one of my most asked for donations at pot lucks!

Moist German Chocolate Cake

This cake was super-moist, but it had no taste. All the taste came from the Coconut-Pecan frosting. It still went like wild-fire at the party, but I wasn't happy with the result.

Amaretto Cheesecake I

This was a huge hit at a going-away party for a co-worker. It's also extremely easy to alter to taste. For example, substitute Kahlua or Irish Cream for the Amaretto and you have a totally different, yet still easy cheesecake!
