Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts

This was an okay recipe. It tasted good, but it didn't look too good. The sauce was very thick and rich. I'd suggest to use packaged artificial crab instead of the canned, it would taste much better.

Apricot Balls

Everyone loved these, they were easy to make, and really good. The only thing is that I'm Canadian, and I don't know the conversions too well, so I put a little much of the condensed milk, I'd suggest to pour a little, then mix, and keep pouring until desired consistancy. Happy eating...mmmmm...

Husband's Delight

I'm a new cook, and I found that this recipe turned out really great, although I didn't like the raw onions in the sour cream/cream cheese mixture. My mixture was still cold when it came out of the oven, I don't know why. Next time, I will cook the onions with the meat, and mix with the sour cream mixture than layer on the noodles, over all, it was really good :)
