World's Best Lasagna
This is by far the best lasagna recipe I've ever had, but it is time consuming. Having made it dozens of times now, here's what I've changed. I use brown sugar instead of white sugar and I combine all the meat and sauce ingredients in a slow cooker and use it for spaghetti. As we're eating our spaghetti dinner, I soak the lasagna noodles or slice eggplant for my gluten free version. After dinner, I use the leftover sauce to make the lasagna. This freezes really well, so if we don't feel like two Italian meals in one week, I'll just freeze it for another week. But this way the work is significantly shorter and I've saved time by making multiple meals. For even more time saving, I do a Costco run for Italian sausage, ground beef, sweet bell peppers and onions and saute up several quart-size bags for the freezer. When I'm ready to assemble my spaghetti or my Boilermaker Chili, the messy parts are already done and I can just dump the canned parts in and go.

Taco Seasoning I
I am never buying another seasoning packet again! I made the recipe exactly as listed and found it a bit too salty. I reduced the salt to 1/2 tsp. My husband likes his spicy and the kids more mild, so this was a great in-between. Thank you!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I
This was super easy and very fast to make. I made it the night before and just popped it in the oven when I got home. I took other recommendations and added 1 small diced onion, 1 tsp minced garlic and 1/2 tsp of thyme. I baked it for 45 minutes and it came out delicious. I will definitely make this again!
