Was absolutely delicious!!! Shrimp were so tender!! Made additional - at least double the sauce to go over pasta...

Wow! Watch out for so much red pepper flakes - really hot! You have to like hot & spicy a lot to use so much. Start with a little bit and add to your taste. Other than than great recipe!!

Southern Pulled Pork

Will follow the recipe more closely next time. DO NOT take the suggestion to use cider vinegar as part of the liquid - or if you do, use a very small amount...unless you like caustic fumes coming from your pork. Also I cut pork roast into 4 good size pieces, browned and had covered with liquid in the crock pot, Cooked on high for 4.5 hrs - meat was very dry...trying to rescue it with bbq sauce.. Will try again..
