Dawn's Candied Walnuts

8 minutes was WAY too long to bake the nuts, mine burned! I did a second batch and roasted them for 4 minutes and they were perfect. I did not like the consistency of the candy. I will stick with the cinnamon roasted almonds recipe on this site and switch out the nuts.

Cream Puffs

I did not care for this recipe. When putting the ingredients together in the right order and the directed amount, the outcome was as hard as a rock and doughy in the center. I double checked everything, and there were no mistakes made.
