Pineapple Grilled Pork Chops

One word - Awesome!!!! Chops must marinate overnight for the full effect of this simple marinade. Absolutely the best grilled pork chop recipe on the planet - IMO.

Chicken Milano

Sorry Marbalet, but I cannot rate this with more than one star. Either I did something wrong or this recipe failed to say how salty sun dried tomatoes are. Thank God I did not add any additional salt. I followed this recipe to a tee and it was like eating a salt shaker. Even my husband who is not too picky couldn't eat it. I ended up picking out the tomatoes and tossing them. Let's kiss $4.00 goodbye!! Can someone please tell me if the s/d tomatoes are supposed to be rinsed first?

Sour Cream Cheesecake

I have made this cheesecake several times and it has to be one of the best and easiest cheesecake recipes. All of my guests have raved about it saying it was better than the Cheesecake Factory cheesecake. Then, along comes my twin sister and her comment was "I've had better". To her I say.......better left unsaid. So now I have renamed this The I've Had Better Cheesecake and everyone stil loves it. Don't change a thing. It is delish!!!!!

Filet Mignon with Bacon Cream Sauce

I thought this cream sauce was exceptional. Made as written and wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for posting such a delicious recipe. Can't wait to make it for my friends and family. I have no doubt that they will love it also!!!

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Tried this last night and while it looked good, unfortunately, it was way too dry for my liking. Lacked flavor so I tried adding a couple of spices which did not help. The only way to salvage what I have left is probably to add a can of the "perverbial soup". Will not be making this again. Sorry MVANWINKLE!!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Truely awesome chili. The only thing I forgot to add was the tabasco, but it still had a nice kick to it. Would highly recommend trying this recipe. My husband absolutely loved it and wouldn't stop eating it.

Breaded Dijon Pork Chops

My mouth is still exploding with flavor. I did use Panko crumbs instead of crackers, added some garlic salt, but other than that followed the recipe and it was AWESOME!!! Thanks Shannon for the great idea of coating with Dijon Mustard. Loved It!!!

Cindy's Awesome Clam Chowder

5 stars and then some. The operative word in this recipe is AWESOME!!!! Added a little onion and celery but other than that followed the recipe exactly. My husband and I each had 2 bowls and I served it with crusty Tuscan bread. Totally tubular. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks Cindy for an awesome recipe.

Chicken a la King III

I made this for dinner tonight and after reading all of the reviews, I did add garlic, onions, celery, carrot and peas which made this extremely awesome. Served over buttermilk biscuits. I also added garlic salt, thyme and lots of pepper while making the sauce. My husband said his mouth is still dancing with flavor. (Mine too). Whoever said this recipe was bland, needs to read the reviews to add more character to the recipe. Loved it!!!!

Asparagus and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Here's a nifty little trick to combat the "dryness" problem most reviewers have experienced. I make a similar dish called Chicken Rollatini which uses hot ham copicolla and provolone cheese rolled up in the chicken breast. While baking, I marinate a can of drained mushrooms in cooking sherry and about 5 minutes before I take the chicken out, I pour this over the chicken. Delich!!!

Pepper Steak and Rice

This recipes was very good except for one thing. The meat was extremely tough. I followed the advice of another poster and marinated the meat for several hours. Still came out tough. Next time, I will slow cook the meat in the marinade so that it becomes tender and then add it to the sauce. I also used beef broth instead of water as it did seem bland. Overall, I give this recipe a thumbs up with a little tweeking. I think I will add more veggies next time also. Maybe some pea pods and bean sprouts.
