Chicken Milano

Definatly need to double the recipe. I have 5 in my family and even doubling it, we ran a little short on sauce. The sauce tasted good, but the presentation was terrible. The coloring was a wierd brown (which kind of turned my kids off)

Black Magic Cake

This cake is amazing! I will never use different recipe. The batter is very thin as others have stated, but turned out very well. I made them as cupcakes 23 minutes in my oven. I used a 1/4 measuring cup to measure out batter and that was perfect. Used with the cinnamon coffee frosting from site (which was a great combination)

Ultimate Breakfast Casserole

Across the Border Tequila Shrimp

After I messed with this, it is definatly a 5. I made as listed, but the liquid wasnt evaporating and was very watery and didn't have much taste (I'm assuming the shrimp was really watery??) Anyway, I dumped out half of my liquid and then readded in the tequila and lime juice (1/2 recipe amounts) and dumped in more chile powder and garlic salt to taste. Taste was great, but still thought it was too thin, so I sprinkled some flour over the shrimp and stirred in. The shrimp and thickened sauce could go inside wraps.

Corned Beef Noodle Casserole

I have never made a casserole before that there are no leftovers (I always use the same pan). Used cream of mushroom soup instead of the chicken. Used crumbled up townhouse crackers and doubled my velveeta. Also added some chili powder to taste.

I keep trying new recipes, only to return to this one. It is so good. I do end up baking it a little longer than suggested and I cut it in half, because 4 loaves is way too much.

I think next time I will soak the meat in milk for awhile prior to making. I didn't use the egg (I didn't feel it was necessary to keep the flour in place). My kids loved these.

I thought the soup tasted very good when first made. It doesn't reheat well, so next time I will cut recipe in half or thirds so I don't have any leftovers.

Original Ranch Crispy Chicken

I too used cornflake crumbs in place of the breadcrumbs. The coating was so good and crunchy without frying. I used chicken thighs and placed them on a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet in the oven so the bottom wouldnt be soggy. I will definatly make chicken this way again.

Blueberry Buttermilk Coffeecake

I am now making this for the 2nd day in a row. I had started out with half a batch and everyone wanted more so I am making it again. The baking time was a little longer for me (about an hour) and I subbed almond extract for the vanilla and added a little cinnamon to the topping, otherwise I made as directed. I did try the trick of coating the blueberries with the flour and I didnt have any problem with sinking to the bottom. Awesome recipe!

Pizza Casserole

I made this exactly as directed except left out the green peppers for my kids. Prior to making I had thought about subbing the pizza sauce for pasta sauce. Im glad I didn't. I will definatly make this again.

Grands!® Cheesy Herb Monkey Bread

This tasted so good. The problem I found with baking this however is the biscuits on the top cooked too quickly and were a little harder than I would have liked after about 20 minutes of baking. I had to take them out to check if it was ready, the biscuits on the underlayer were still gooey. I think next time I will not layer any bread and just bake it for less. 5 stars if I wouldn't have had the problem with the cooking time.
