Easy Corn Pudding

I doubled the recipe and baked it for 45-50 minutes and it was delicious. The only reason I gave it three stars is because I felt it was lacking a bit of direction. I drained the whole kernel corn cans but NOT the cream corn cans. I also combined all the "wet" ingredients first and then added the corn bread mix and incorporated that well into the wet ingredients. Also make sure you incorporate the butter into the batter DO NOT just leave it in the pan. I will be making it again and again! I'm going to try it again with a gluten free corn bread mix.

Yakisoba Chicken

The soba noodles made the dish VERY gooey. We did not like it. I used "soba sauce" which is what a guy at the Asian market recommended and it just didn't give it the flavor that we are used to. I will try it again with different noodles and the correct sauce.

Old Bay® Shrimp Fest

I agree with some of the other reviewers about the spice; I wish it had more of a kick. I made half of the recipe and I added 1/3 cup of Old Bay and one whole beer. I only had lite beer and it did not add enough flavor. The corn had a really nice flavor to it but my dh and I had to add more Old Bay to get the flavor we desired. I also added 1/2 lb. of flesh scallop at the same time as the shrimp and we thought it was a nice addtion. We will be making this dish again and again!!

Wilted Spinach

The seasoning and flavor were fine but the sauce overwhelmed the spinach. I didn't even add all of the sauce to the spinach and it was still too much. I think even if I had cooked the whole bag (9oz.) I would have only needed half of the sauce.
