Cajun Roasted Pork Loin
Everyone liked it, but the hubby said it needed something to make it pop. I will make this again and work on the spices. I had a pork loin and that was the meat I used. Cooked it in the crock pot on high for about 5 hours. Meat was very tender.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III
I read both good and bad reviews for this recipe. I added a capful of butter flavoring and a half a capful of lemon flavoring. Other than those two additions I followed the recipe for ingredients. I read another reviewers suggestion to place the batter in to a cold oven, and did this as well. My cake is tasty and cooked through. I will make this again!

Beef Stew VI
I am in the process of making this. I asked my husband to taste it for seasoning. He had this odd look on his face, then he told me it was great! He said he'd never had a stew that tasted like this one. He loves it! So do I. Before I put the meat in I did toss it in seasoned flour and seared. Since I did this I didn't need to add the cornstarch for thickening. I also used some white wine to get all the num-nums off the bottom of the pan I used to sear the meat. I sure will make this again!
