I threw all the ingredients in, with exception of mustard, which i didn't use. I covered the top with plain tomato sauce out of a can. I also used seasoned bread crumbs. I also increased the cook time to 1.25 hours. I would suggest cooking at 375 for 1 hour if you want more of a solid loaf.
