Super Sausage Gravy

Mile High Green Chili

I'm still trying to figure out how to make this chili GREENER! Tried doubling veggies and adding more green salsa, but I think a ton of tomatillos might do the trick. I added more stock to make it more soupy.

Green Curry Tofu

Sometimes I start with step 3, and only make the sauce. It is great served over microwave-steamed veggies and rice. Super quick and easy!

Overnight Blueberry French Toast

This recipe is so good with Raspberries! I think high quality maple syrup makes a big difference. It's pretty eggy, so I think I'll try 10 eggs next time.

These would have been great if they weren't so thick. Maybe at a higher altitude the cooking time is different but I just couldn't seem to figure it out.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I can always count on this recipe turning out! Cooking meat is hard for me since I'm a vegetarian and I'm not sure how things taste. I even followed the recipe using Seiten (a vegetarian meat substitute available at Whole Foods) and it was awesome!

Corn Cheese Chowder

This is a family favorite in my house and probably the best recipe I have found on allrecipies in the past 7 years! I add garlic and 1/2 of a red bell pepper to the butter saute. Another change is to use sharp cheddar in place of American cheese.

Slow Cooker Mediterranean Stew

I love this stew! I like making it ahead of time and bagging it in a disposable slow cooker liner then, freezing. The night before I can defrost in the fridge and pop it in the crock pot the next morning! Awesome served over rice.

Everything Challah

I used my bread machine to mix the dough and it was pretty tricky since it was overflowing, but I'm glad I did it! I let it cycle through the dough setting while following the directions until Step 2 when I took it out and let it rise in a huge bowl. My loaves looked like they came from a fancy bakery! I love the way the inside is twisted and has an airy texture. I'm going to make it again and serve it with veggie cream cheese!

Fried Onion Rings

I used my husband's homebrew in this recipe and it turned out great! The beer was a Saison (French style) and I used about 1 1/4 cup. I also added a few tablespoons of cornmeal for texture and I ended up with enough batter for one onion and 4 small zucchinis.
