Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These are the best cookies! They are my new go-to recipe. It's important to put the dough in the fridge for 20 mins or so to let it set up a little, otherwise they will spread too much while baking.
Also, I use a convection oven and these are done in a snap. I bake at 315 for about 8 minutes when making 1/4 cup cookies. I also like to make a few bite size, teaspoon drop cookies and bake those with convection for about 4 minutes. Either way, let them cool on the pan for a few minutes after you take them out of the oven. They come out fat, chewy, and delicious!
