Jenny's Black Forest Cake

This chocolate cake is my go-to recipe! Awesome cake, moist and EASY! I have made both with and without the alcohol and we prefer it without. Awesome!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Truely a 5 star recipe. Did not need to alter any of the amounts or ingredients. First time making cinnamon rolls, and they turned out PERFECT! Very much like a cinnabon. One tip. To keep the filing from running out, you can take the end and sort of make a flap to close off the bottom om the cinnamon roll. Filing stayed in and turned out great! Takes a while to make, but SO worth it!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Im giving this recipie 3 stars as written. But with a couple of small changes, it is easily a 5 star recipie. The first time I made it, I followed the directions pretty much exactly. And it was okay. The sauce did not thicken even after cooking for 20+ minutes. So the second time, I dredged the chicken in flour, as suggested. I also doubled the sauce, because I had a lot of chicken and some veggies (peppers and onions) to cook in it. But did not double the hot sauce. I used 3 tablespoons. My husband and I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this. It was a little too spicy for the kids though. So maybe next time I will used 2 tablespoons of hot sauce. Also I used powdered Ginger, only because I was out of fresh, and it turns out just fine that way too. All in all, this is a tasty and easy recipie. Definately worth trying. And tweaking for your own tastes. And some veggies and steamed rice and you have a great meal!

Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuits

Great recipe! I did omit the cayenne and sugar, used garlic salt in place of cayenne. But regardless of the minor changes, the biscuits were light and fluffy - awesome! I also brushed the tops before and after baking with melted butter. I will definately make these again!
