Im giving this recipie 3 stars as written. But with a couple of small changes, it is easily a 5 star recipie. The first time I made it, I followed the directions pretty much exactly. And it was okay. The sauce did not thicken even after cooking for 20+ minutes. So the second time, I dredged the chicken in flour, as suggested. I also doubled the sauce, because I had a lot of chicken and some veggies (peppers and onions) to cook in it. But did not double the hot sauce. I used 3 tablespoons. My husband and I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this. It was a little too spicy for the kids though. So maybe next time I will used 2 tablespoons of hot sauce. Also I used powdered Ginger, only because I was out of fresh, and it turns out just fine that way too. All in all, this is a tasty and easy recipie. Definately worth trying. And tweaking for your own tastes. And some veggies and steamed rice and you have a great meal!
