Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2011
These were delicious! Thank you for a healthier alternative. My cookie mixture before being baked was not only thick, but very crumbly. I followed instructions and patted them with the spatula when they were just out of the oven, and that did the trick! They turned out great, and I will make these again because I always have these ingedients on hand!

Jeff's Chili Con Queso

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2011
My husband and I love Chili Con Queso! This was a super easy recipe and it turned out great for being so quick. After making this recipe with canned chili I realized I prefer hommade. It makes all the difference. Still this recipie is great in a pinch! Thanks

Teriyaki Venison

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2011
This was SO delicious! My husband took his first bite and said, "this is good". On his second bite, he exclaimed "this is REALLY good! Where'd you get the recipe?!" Go and make this tonight, you will not be dissapointed. I do reccomend to go light on the spices if you dont like spicy things. We could deffinately tell there was some kick to it! Will make this again, and again!

Bangers and Mash

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2011
The first time I had bangers and mash an Irish friend made it for my family. I was looking to recreate it and I followed this recipe exactly. I was impressed at how easy and delicious it turned out! This is going on my "favorites" list and I will be making this again. Also, it was a good way to sneak green peas into my husbands life! If the peas are drenched in gravy, he'll barely notice they're there!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Reviewed: May 4, 2010
This soup was great! I made it with two different kinds of sausage, but other than that, I made no adjustments because they weren't needed! It's just me and my husband, so I had plenty of soup left over, but enjoyed eating it for lunch the next couple days... I actually started craving it, and can't wait to make it again! I suggest spooning out the fat the rises to the top, this really saves in the calorie department!

Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
Delicious! And sooooo easy! I followed the recipe exactly, and followed what others have suggested by baking it in a bread pan, and adding a dash of vanilla. This bread took no effort and was so rewarding!

Rice-Crust Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
This is an AMAZING alternative to a normal quiche! In the past two months I have made this quiche about 6 times! I have given this recipe only 4 stars because I have changed it quite a bit. I've made it with curry, but it tastes much better without it. Instead of evaporated milk, I use cottage cheese. And I have tossed in diced ham, onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, and anything else I have for variety, since I make it so often. I completely suggest making this! It's SO worth it!

Jam Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2009
These are great. I listened to other reviewers and cut down the amount of jam I used. I will not do that next time. I think I'll try adding a whole teaspoon for a more delicious jam taste in ever muffin. I am going to make these again with all the different jam flavors!

Ham 'n' Swiss Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2009
These are definitely delicious. They're warm, flaky, and cheesy on the inside. The only thing I'll do different next time is add a little more mustard for a bolder flavor.
