I didn't think it was all that, but everyone at the BBQ loved it. It was the only side dish that was completely gone. In all fairness it wasn't completely chilled when i tried it, so that may play a factor for me. Adding sugar really made a different, doesn't make it sweet but takes some of the bitterness away. I would definetly make this again. Actually plan on doing it again in a week. P.S ( i used frozen broccoli, just thawed it in a colander)
