This was delicious, me and my boyfriend loved it. He actually complimented me a few times during the meal! I did change a couple things. I added some low-fat mayo to the dijon mustard, and then seasoned the salmon with salt, pepper, and dill before putting on the mustard-mayo mixture. I also left out the butter, but sprinkled some Parmesan cheese over the breadcrumbs. To complete the meal I added asparagus to the oven after putting in the chicken, popped some instant brown rice in the microwave, and it was one easy, quick, tasty meal!
