Dried Beef Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2014
I have been using this recipe for over 20 years. Mine is a little different. I do not use the MSG why would you? I use 1 tsp. garlic salt and use a small minced onion and put 3 tablespoons of sour cream into the mixture. Then I cut little squares of dried beef and cover the outside to make it prettier.

Berry Crumb Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2013
I picked fresh raspberries this summer and was looking for a great recipe. I found it! I did not alter it at all. I made it with both red and black raspberries. I even made it after I had frozen some of the berries and plan on making some for xmas !

Porcupine Meatballs II

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2013
I have been making these meatballs since my mother acquired the recipe off the back of the Minute Rice box in the late 70's. Everything is the same except it tastes better when you use Hunts tomato sauce instead of tomato soup. The flavor is richer and more tomato taste and a thicker sauce.

Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2012
I introduced this new rexcipe to my friends. A crowd of about 20. They all loved it! I have a station set up with multiple items to use with this recipe. Chibatta bread toasted, large whole grain crackers, and baguette rounds. Very very good and fresh tasting! I put it in a large bowl and everyne fixed it on their choice of bread/crackers. Will be fixing for the next party too!

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
I am NOT kidding you when I tell you this is the best coffe cake I have ever had. I took it to a sports banquet for my daughter and I literally had people hunting me down asking me where I got the recipe. I ended up make about 12 copies to hand out to those who asked. I would not change anything super good and super moist.
