My husband absolutely loves these. It's just the two of us, so I make a full batch and freeze the leftovers. He'll just pop one in the microwave and have a filling breakfast in less than a minute!

I did as some other reviewers suggested and replaced the water with white wine and the bread crumbs with stuffing mix. I also used cream of mushroom soup, as I really like the swiss/mushroom combo. For layering everything in the pan, I suggest the following order: chicken, swiss cheese, stuffing mix, soup/wine mixture. This was the second time I made this dish, and I don't know how I let so much time pass since the first one. Delicious!

King Ranch Chicken Casserole I

This is very good for what it is. I layered it as suggested in the recipe and had a little trouble with some of the tortillas at the bottom staying dry and crunchy. A highly processed meal, but tasty.

Artichoke Chicken

One of a few go-to dishes I make that my fiance loves! I've replaced part of the mayo with sour cream before and couldn't tell the difference. Delish!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

So easy and delicious! Pulling the chicken definitely helps with soaking up the sauce. Molasses vs. vinegar based barbeque sauce also seems to make a big difference, as another reviewer mentioned.

Impossible Buttermilk Pie

This was delicious! For those (like myself) who have never heard of buttermilk pie until now, it's very sweet and custardy... not at all dry and bready like I'd feared. I will definitely make this any time that I have extra buttermilk on hand. Thanks for the recipe!
