Fluffy French Toast
I loveeeeeee this recipe! I tried a different recipe without reading the reviews and it was a total soggy disaster. This recipe however was PERFECT and easy. I tried one bite and I got so distracted with how good it was that I burnt the second toast on the frying pan! I only used egg white since I had some leftover from something else I was baking. I sprinkled cinnamon on the side of the toast I would fry, and sprinkled more on the other side when flipping. That way, the cinnamon taste wouldn't be all soaked up in the first few slices of bread. Will definitely try it again.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
I was going to try the "Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies", but since I didn't have instant vanilla pudding mix at hand, I opted for this recipe. I wasn't disappointed at all! Like the title, they came out big, fat, and chewy! Definitely one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever baked. The only thing is that the recipe calls for way too much chocolate chips. I only put in around 200 grams, and it was still too much! Anyway, I ran out of butter so I used melted margarine instead. I only used 3/4 cup packed brown sugar and 1/4 cup white sugar. I think if I put in the full amounts of sugar, it would have been overkill. Next time I might try it with only 1/2 cup packed brown sugar and 1/4 cup white sugar. I refrigerated the batter for 1 hour before baking and did not grease the pan. Didn't have too much trouble with getting the cookies off the pan.

Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich
Best idea ever! I love bread. I love peanut butter. I love bananas. I love them all together! Such a simple idea, yet I would have never thought of it on my own. Thank you to the original poster! I will be making this more often.
