Mom's Best Peanut Brittle

WOW!!! I did have a parchment paper lined pan, with the parchment sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, in the oven at 200. That helped the candy spread evenly. No problem with burning. I used unsalted peanuts and added them at the end. I did add 2 tsp of vanilla extract just before the butter and soda went in. Oh, it is perfect.

Heavenly Angel Food Cake

I am not a good cook but this recipe works for me every time. Makes the highest, lightest, moist cake with a fine crumb and does not make "bubble holes." Very easy to make with easily obtained ingredients. Do use the wire whip attachment on your Kitchenaid mixer. Make sure all utensils are free of all grease or oil. Do not use plastic or rubber measuring cups for egg whites or scraping bowl. Do not touch the batter with your fingers.
