Roasted Whole Chickens, Pork Tenderloin, Rice Dishes, Pastas, Homemade Pasta Sauces, Salads, still working on Pad Thai/other Thai foods.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family's cooking traditions come from Central/Eastern Europe, specifically Germany/Czech Republic. My Girlfriend and her family are Russian, and their cooking tastes have certainly influenced me over the past 9 or so years. I've spent considerable time living in rural farming villages in Iraq, and it was during this time that I really developed an appreciation for organic/local foods, more on that later.
