I made these last Christmas and everybody devoured it. I didn't use the sprinkles though because I'm not a huge fan, but I will still make them every year!!

Baked Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
This was very good. I did tweak it just a bit. All I had on hand were limes so I used that instead of lemons. I also only had plain bread crumbs so I added some lemon pepper, dry oregano and basil. Still was very good. Will be making it again.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
This is the best snickerdoodle cookie I have ever eaten. I did follow another reviewer and baked it for 8 mins. (I didn't want the edge to crisp) This is definitely going into the recipe box.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
I am glad I gave this another try. This was my second time making it and again, I followed the recipe exactly. To make it easier for me, after mixing everything, I placed about a couple of handfuls of batter onto waxed paper then placed another one on top. Then I rolled it out to the thickness that I wanted. I then placed the whole thing in the fridge to chill for about 15 - 20 mins. I did this with the rest of the batter. When it was ready, I just took one out a time and used a cookie cutter. Then I popped it in the oven for 8 minutes. Delicious!!!

Green Bean Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2010
I didn't give it 5 stars because I didn't follow the recipe. Instead of making my own dressing for the salad, I just used Italian dressing and it was delicious!!! I used 1 can green beans, 1 can corn, 4 small celery stalks chopped up, about 1/2 cup of chopped carrots, and 1/2 an onion chopped up. I then mixed it with about 1/2 cup of Italian dressing. Everyone loved it!!!
