I am glad I gave this another try. This was my second time making it and again, I followed the recipe exactly. To make it easier for me, after mixing everything, I placed about a couple of handfuls of batter onto waxed paper then placed another one on top. Then I rolled it out to the thickness that I wanted. I then placed the whole thing in the fridge to chill for about 15 - 20 mins. I did this with the rest of the batter. When it was ready, I just took one out a time and used a cookie cutter. Then I popped it in the oven for 8 minutes. Delicious!!!
