this was yummy!! i did have a problem with the dough not cooking all the way through. i probably had the oil too hot!! i would definitely make this again..my hubby loved it too!!

way too sweet!! i felt like i could feel a cavitiy forming as i was eating it!! my hubby loved it though, he has a sweet tooth :0} i don't think i'll be making it again, because i feel too guilty eating it as i am changing my eating habits.

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

i don't know if it was the bread crumbs that i used..but it didn't stick to the pork chops. as i was cutting into the cooked pork chop, the breading was coming off so i was just eating a plain piece of pork meat..yuck!! i'll try again with the stuffing mix though and will let you know how that goes.

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

MeH..the chicken didn't really have any taste to it if it weren't for the mushroom sauce. maybe next time, i'll marinade the chicken in the lemon juice and then bake it. MAYBE..not too excited about it to make again.

Sloppy Joes II

this is good..BUT i have to make it again to know for sure!! i didn't have enough ketchup so i added half a can of diced tomatoes. i omitted the green peppers (didn't have any) and added mushrooms. it still came out good, but i want to make it again with the right amount of ketchup!!

made it this morning for breakfast and it was sOoOoo good. it was easy, didn't have to wait for it to rise cause there was no yeast!! i did cut the recipe in half cause it was only my hubby, myself, and my toddler. we all loved it!!!
