Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style
I was helping out my son and daughter-in-law who needed some pre-prepared, quick and easy-to-warm hearty dishes for a weekend of Lacrosse with their daughter. This turned out great - they loved it.

Chicken Florentine Casserole
My husband loved this casserole. I added slices of polenta on top of the spinach layer. I think I will cut up chicken into chunks the next time that I make it.
