WE LOVE THIS DOUGH I have: Added extra sugar to the dough and used it for cinnamon rolls, ++++++ Shaped it into every shape imaginable (including braided breads for special dinners)+++++++ Rolled it into long ropes, dipped it in a baking soda solution then baked it making pretzels. ++++++ Rolled it flat baked it on a griddle and used it as pan bread/ Flat bread (thicker than tortillas similar to pitas).++++++ Formed it into Pan Pizza Crust ++++++ I very regularly form it into 4 (9" X 15") very thin pizza crusts. I prebake them (450 deg for 8 minutes) then freeze 3 and add toppings to the 4th for dinner that night.

Dee's Health Bread

I scaled the recipe to 20 and made this in my bread machine using the 1.5lb loaf whole wheat setting. It came out excellent!The best wheat bread I have ever made in my machine and I make bread daily. I din't have any lemon juice so I substitued it for water and it still worked GREAT!

Great for freezing ahead I allways make 2 and freeze the extra filling in a ziplock bag. On the day we are going to eat it I will defrost it and bake it in my pie plate

Fortune Cookies I

I found this cookie to be overly sweet it uses equal amount of sugar and flour. I also found that the cookies stuck a bit too much for my taste I was able to fold the and make them fine.I added a bit of melted butter to the batter and it helped quite a bit with the sticking. I would if I were to make these again adjust the recipe quite a bit.

Chocolate Cream Pudding

very time comsuming but a true traditional chocolate pudding . I fi you want pudding without artificial colors, flavorings, and preservatives this is the way to go.

Peanut Blossoms II

This is a standard for my family however we have found that the "Dove Promises" are considerably better in the center. The chocolate is smoother, less bitter and the shape distributes the chocolate more evenly with each bite

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

excellent!! I have made this many times I use wax paper in the jelly roll pan the cake will stick slightley on the edges to the wax paper but it is so easy to prepare this way

Seafood Enchiladas

I serve with sour cream guacamoli(sp?)& diced tomatos. Great with long grain brown rice topped with salsa then sour cream and green onions. An excellent dinner combo.!

Coffee Roast

Great recipe, a real leap of faith for a person who hates coffee. But I tried it and was amazed. I will definatley be making this roast again. It inhances the beef flavor instead of masking it like so many other pot roast type recipes.
