Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup

This soup was excellent. I like a tomato based vegetable soup so instead of 3 cups water, I used 1 cup water and 2 cups V8 tomato juice. For sure I'll make this again.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

First time I've made biscotti and they turned out great. I didn't have pistachios so I used sliced almonds. I'll make it again.

Chinese Fried Walnuts

I've been making these for years. They are excellent and well received as a gift. Easy to make but be careful they brown up very quickly.

Magical Egg Salad

This is an excellant recipe. The only change - I added some chopped onion. I loved the extra flavor the mustand and the stake sauce gave it. I am sure I will be making this again.

This is definitely a keeper. I bought the ingredients at an Italian Store so its wasn't cheap. Didn't change a thing -I doubled the recipe and made a pan with the Italian sausage and one with the ground beef. The best lasagna I've ever made or ate. It was well worth the time and money spent and my guests all loved it.

Easy Guacamole

Good and simple. The first time I made it I measured the lime juice and put in too much. But the second time, it was perfect.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

The best carrot cake I've ever had. I did add more carrots and left out the coconut. It took time to make, but it was well worth it.

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts III

I've been making these for years when we have family and friends in. Instead of the water chestnuts you can also use the watermelon rinds that come in a jar. A much sweeter taste.
