Gorgonzola Stuffed Chicken Breasts Wrapped in Bacon

The after wrapping the chicken in the bacon before putting in the oven you need to sear them on all sides or your bacon is not going to crisp up in the oven. This will crisp the bacon and sear in the juices of the chicken. I also used onion instead of shallots and cooked the onion and garlic and added fresh spinach, once wilted I added the gorgonzola then stuffed it in the chicken. Plenty of stuffing and you get the completed meal adding in the greens.

Saltine Toffee Cookies

Has anybody from high altitudes made these with success? I followed the recipe exactly with timing the boil and everything and still the toffee was grainy leading me to believe this needs to be adjusted for high altitudes (I am over 6500 feet).

Pumpkin Muffins with Streusel Topping

Wonderfully moist muffins, I didn't have the applesauce so just used more of the pumpkin. I am not a pumpkin pie fan but I love pumpkin breads and muffins. For the person wanting the nurtitional info, it is still there just scroll down under the reviews toward the bottom and click on the button "see more" and it gives the complete breakdown. Chocolate Scotcheroos

I've been making these for 30 years, we call them Oh Henry bars. I use crunchy peanut butter and also add a glob of peanut butter the chocolate mixture to make it smoother.

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

This was really good but I made my own taco seasoning, it's totally easy to do and just a few spices, don't ruin a good recipe by using a packaged seasoning mix. I boiled my chicken breast for 20 minutes then shredded and put in a cast iron skillet, added the rest of the ingredients and ended up adding a 1/2 cup of the chicken broth.
