Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2001
Very good. Like someone else that reviewed this recipe, I cut the amount of water in half. I think next time I'll leave it out all together. I sauteed the onions, peppers, etc before adding them to the chicken. I also had a some fresh parsley and cilantro left over from another recipe that I added. It was really good!

American Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2002
I took the advice of the other reviews and added a small can of tomato sauce to the recipe. I would still prefer it to be a little saucier so I would recommend at least a large (14oz?) can of tomato sauce. It was incredible lasagna still!!!

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2003
One of the best banana puddings I've ever had! One thing I do is to put down a thin layer of filling before putting in the nilla wafers and bananas. After putting in the remainder of the filling, I shake the dish back and forth and side to side which helps spread the bananas so they aren't just on the bottom.

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2004
The recipe looked a little strange but me and the wife decided to try it. It was awesome! We have it all the time and everyone that we've cooked it for has raved about it. I use regular teriyaki instead of the basting sauce cause it has more flavor. Try this recipe, you will not be sorry!

Pecan Pie V

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2008
Awesome pecan pie. I also followed the suggestion of others to reduce to 300 for 45-50 minutes and it was perfect. One of the best pecan pies I've ever had.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2008
I love banana bread but this recipe wasn't that great. It was just ok, but I've had much better.

Sweet Chipotle Grilling Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2009
This is really good. I did add more chipotle for more kick and, since I'm a eastern NC man I had to add some apple cider vinegar for a little twang.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2010
Very good. However, I liked it better with less Parmesan cheese and double the jalapeno. With the specified amount of jalapeno it just doesn't have enough jalapeno flavor.
