i am trying to follow the hcg diet. having to avoid sugar, i omitted the brown sugar and substituted 2 T of stevia, which is allowed. olive oil is also a no no, so i omitted that too. after searching "ingredients" this recipe popped up, using the cider vinegar and lemon - 2 very important ingredients on the hcg diet. i cut the breasts into kabobs, marinated for only and hour (it took so long to find a recipe) and grilled them and they turned out great. i'm sure brown sugar would have been much better, but it worked fine, minus the calories. i can't wait to make it again. thanks for sharing.
