Jalapeno Bread II

I made the recipe for 8 servings (1lb loaf) in a Zojirushi BB-HAC10 and it turned out AMAZING! I used two jalapeno peppers including seeds and the amount of spice was perfect. Thanks for the great recipe!

Spicy Salmon with Caramelized Onions

A spicy salmon dish which has a lot of flavor and is quite easy to prepare. I made a half batch of sauce for the 2 filets and there was plenty. Also I skipped the 30 minute marinade step and there was still plenty of flavor. This would probably be beyond amazing if I actually followed the recipe to the letter.

Quinoa with Sweet Potato and Mushrooms

Easy to make and tasted good. I agree with other reviewers, it needs more flavor. No ideas on what to add though. I served steamed green beans as a side and it was good.

Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes

Simple to make and delicious. I use a casserole dish and follow another reviewers advice and layer sweet potatoes, then onion, apple, pork, onion, and apple. Also I use honey instead of brown sugar. Just plain delicious!

Extreme Chocolate Cake

Amazing!! I used 2x 8in pans filled them a little under 2/3 full as some reviewers mentioned it rises a lot, which it does. I ended up with 5 1/2 cup cakes along with the 8in cake and everything rose perfectly and did not overflow. The frosting and cake together are delicious. Add some vanilla ice cream and you are in heaven. I highly recommend this recipe. When I made it, it came out looking exactly like the picture. Good recipe be sure to follow it word for word.
