Baked Dijon Salmon

An all time favorite, this is so quick and easy, but delectable. I serve it over mixed greens drizzled with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil. It's like something you'd get at a nice restaurant. Served it to guests who absolutely raved over it! (Little did they know how incredibly simple it was--the hostess's best kept secret!)

Pumpkin Swirl Bread

This bread is very moist and wonderful. It has now replaced pumpkin pie as the family's "traditional" favorite. Still can't figure out how to get that swirl going, though!
