Cranberry Orange Cookies
I modified the recipe based on reader reviews. Instead of using 1 cup butter, I used 1/2 cup butter crisco and 1/2 cup butter. No need for extra flour! I increased the orange zest to 2 tsp and added 1/2 tsp vanilla (I didn't have almond or would have used that). Also, I didn't use the icing. The cookies were sweet enough. Oh yea, and instead of cranberries, I used Oceanspray Craisins.

Campbell's(R) Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole
My family loves this. I have made some alterations though. 2 cups water or chicken broth instead of the 1 1/3 cups of water. Dice the chicken. For the veggies, I use two bags of frozen California mix veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots), I add 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt. I mix everything together in a 13X9 cake pan. I dont cover when baking. Last 5 minutes top with shredded cheese and 1 can French's French Fried Onions. This recipe works well substituting the Cream of Chicken Soup with Cream of Mushroom Soup as well.

Banana Crumb Muffins
When I was making the topping, the butter was too soft. It made the topping too creamy and smooth so I added a cup of instant oats to it to make it more crumbly. It turned out wonderful!
