Tilapia Scaloppine

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2014
Followed the original and only added asparagus to the skillet. Used fresh water crappie instead of tilapia. Served over Brown rice. Delicious and ready in ten minutes.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2010
Tried this tonight and my husband who only like fried fish loved it! My 4 year old ate every bite too. It was so easy. I did change some of the seasonings. Didn't have any basil so instead i used Mrs. Dash Garlic and herb, lemon pepper, celery seed, and paprika. Kept everything else the same. Will try on some fresh fish my husband catches!

Aaahh! Potato Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2010
Very Good!!! I also used half and half instead of heavy cream and some sauted garlic and onion. Did not use the package of au gratin and added more potatoes and more water. topped with cheese. Easy and I highly recommend trying this one!

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
Bitter! I used the sweet baby rays buffalo wing sauce and we could not finish one sandwich. The taste was too strong and bitter. Use a different sauce!

Ranch Crispy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
Accidentally found a great alteration to this! I forgot to buy the packages of ranch dressing so I added lemon pepper and some garlic herb seasoning to the bread crumbs. And my bread crumbs were actually Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix. I dipped the chicken in ranch dressing (generously) so the crumbs would stick and it worked perfectly. My family loved it!

I added a can of green chilis and baked in a pie crust. Left out the cottage cheese. It was awesome!

I took the advice of another reviewer and sauted the garlic, lemon juice, butter, and parsley before baking. I turned the heat up to 400 and baked 15 minutes. I added some salt and lemon pepper. Perfection. My husband does not eat baked fish, but he ate 2 fillets!!! adding to our weekly menu. thank for the great recipie!
