My cooking triumphs
I can follow a recipe well... I don't know. I've made a mean homemade lasagna. I can make a really good roast in the slowcooker.
My cooking tragedies
Oh the list is too long. I melted a pyrex lid in a casserole the first year I was married. I tried to cook completely frozen beef and I have ruined 3 pots by burning rice.

Tilapia Scaloppine
Followed the original and only added asparagus to the skillet. Used fresh water crappie instead of tilapia. Served over Brown rice. Delicious and ready in ten minutes.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Tried this tonight and my husband who only like fried fish loved it! My 4 year old ate every bite too. It was so easy. I did change some of the seasonings. Didn't have any basil so instead i used Mrs. Dash Garlic and herb, lemon pepper, celery seed, and paprika. Kept everything else the same. Will try on some fresh fish my husband catches!

Aaahh! Potato Soup
Very Good!!! I also used half and half instead of heavy cream and some sauted garlic and onion. Did not use the package of au gratin and added more potatoes and more water. topped with cheese. Easy and I highly recommend trying this one!
