Hearty Lentil Soup

This soup was warm and filling! The lentils had to be cooked an extra 15 minutes longer because they were not quite done in the time range it stated. Pepper.. I added a lot of black pepper and some salt. I think next time I'll add extra veggies.

Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free Red Velvet Cupcakes With Sugar-Free Cream Cheese Frosting

Finally! A gluten free sugar free cupcake recipe that's quick and easy. I couldn't find erythritol at the store anywhere. I have xylitol at home and knowing that xylitol is much sweeter than erythritol, I used 3/4 cup instead of 1 cup. I wish I would have did half instead because it was just a little too sweet. Also, the xylitol is a little grainy. I'm not sure if they make powder, oh well - not the recipe's fault. I also couldn't find sugar free food coloring so I just skipped it. I will be making these again!

Italian Vegetable Soup

I'd have to say this is the best Vegetarian soup that I have made yet. The only thing I did different was leave out the zucchinis because we didn't have any left. We had seconds! Next time, I'll be adding more noodles (I love noodles) and only half a can of beans. The soup kept very well and even better the next day. Thank you for this recipe!

Lasagna Roll Ups

These were amazing! I used some sauce that had chucks of veggies in it. I sprinkled some Italian seasoning and more pepper on them. I will will be making these again!

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

This was delicious! I made the recipe as is but only made one large pork chop rib for myself. There wasn't enough balsamic for me so I just drizzled more on top! So great. I can't wait to make it again!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Wow. I wanted something a little different so I figured I'd give this a shot! I'm so glad we did. These are mouth watering. My husband absolutely loved these too. The ONLY thing I did different was took out the gluten. I used corn tortillas instead and also made my own cream of chicken instead of mushroom. Thanks for the recipe!

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

This is my go-to quick chicken noodle soup. I absolutely love it. I make it exactly as the recipe calls except I use gluten free spiral noodles. The poultry seasoning really gives it life. It even tastes better the next day. I'm not sure how anyone could give this recipe less than 4 stars!

Orzo Shrimp Stew

I love this recipe. I have made it a few times already and finally decided to rate it. My boyfriend is vegetarian so I use veggie broth which works just as fine. The first time I made it as stated however, it did not quite seem like a "stew" and maybe mushy so the second time I reduced the water; it turned out fabulous! As suggested, I always waited to add the broccoli. Great to cook a huge pot full and have leftovers, even better the next day. I love this recipe! Very easy and very cheap.

Sorry, this was just gross. My boyfriend didn't like it either. I even reduced the bread crumbs as other people stated to only 1/4 cup. I'll keep looking.

Vegetarian Kale Soup

This soup was very delicious! Very hearty and warm. I added a lot more parsley, Italian seasoning and used vegetable broth (I didn't have the bouillons). I will be making this again!
