Great base recipe!! The few changes i made were to dredge the chicken breasts in flour seasoned with ground mustard, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and chipotle spice. Then I dipped them in an eggwash with about 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp of sriracha sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and a little lemon zest. I then breaded the chicken with crushed ritz crackers seasoned with chipotle spice, ground mustard, onion powder and garlic powder. I placed the breasts in a baking dish and placed a little bit of butter around them with some minced garlic, and a larger pat of butter on each breast with the juice from a jar of minced garlic on top of the butter (in case you couldn't tell, i love garlic). I cooked the breasts @ 350 for 15 minutes, flipped them over and baked for another 10 minutes....came out FANTASTIC!! served with chipotle mac and cheese from this site
