Banana Crumb Muffins

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Four Spice Crackles

These are fabulous cookies. Just the right amout of spices and moistness. Mine never cracked-- maybe I didn't press them down enough? But they came out just the right amount of crispy and delicious.

Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing

This dressing is fantastic!! Just like the one in the restaurants. I didn't have peanut oil, so I used vegetable oil and threw in some peanuts.

Most Spectacular Strawberry Pie

I tried this pie thinking that the vanilla, almond extract, and spices would really complement the strawberries, but in fact I think they taste better on their own. The filling has a very nice consistency for a lattice top, but I would add more sugar to enhance the flavor.

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

I made this for my boyfriend and served it to him as a morning birthday cake. We both agreed it was delicious!! I made it the night before serving it, and it was still very moist, and the topping was very sweet and crisp.
