White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: May 27, 2011
Made these last night. They were crunchy, and soft in the middle. Turned out really good and very easy to whip up. The white chocolate chips, just added enough flavor. When serving them warm out of the oven, the chips are melted!! yumm

JELL-O Strawberry Mousse Cups

Very good for diabetics! I made this with cream cheese and a fruit cocktail, with artificial sweetner and they had no idea it was healthy!

Imitation Crabmeat Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2010
This is the best! Thanks for sharing. The only think I changed was celery. I didn't want to take away from the crab flavor. Going to serve this one for the 4th of July!

Jelly Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2010
I've been cooking cookies for years, and this one is lacking. The dough was bland and tasteless, so I had to add more sugar. Not to mention, cookies baked flate instead of rising! The only way I would cook this again would be to completly change the ingrediants.

Oregano-Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
This is great! I marinated my chicken in lemon juice, honey, and cut oregano for about 3 hours before I baked it. Then, when I baked it I just coated each strip in honey, sprinkled the herbs and pinned the lemons on with toothpicks. Just pour your marinade in with it to let it simmer while baking to add that extra flavor.

Asian Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
This is another fav that I cook for my family! I slice up oranges and soak them in sugar, then put them in when the dish is served. It just adds that extra flavor. If your sauce is too runny, then simply add an extra pinch of corn starch, after boiled. The ginger adds a great taste! Serve it up on some fried rice with carrots. Sauce is creamy and rich. This is making me hungry. Also, battered my chicken in tempra to give it that authentic Asian feel. You can buy it at your local asian mart.

Lemon Chicken II

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
This is one of my fav. dishes to cook. My whole family on my mother and father sides LOVE it. This is very sweet, and the sauce is RICH. I sliced some lemmon soaked it in my sugar to get rid of the tardy then placed it with the chicken. Serve this on top of some fried rice with carrots, and it's the perfect Asian meal. Didn't have any Sherry to cook with, but plan on buying some. If your sauce doesn't turn out thick enough, just simply add a touch more cornstarch after it comes to a boil. I also battered my chicken with tempra for a more authentic taste. Had to buy it from the Asian market.

Veal Shank Fricassee

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
Thank you for sharing this. It's a great dish, and very uncommon here in America! My whole family loved this. My grand mother brought home a pund of Veal and I needed a great way to cook it. This was a perfect recipe. The vegtables add that extra sweetness! Had to be careful not to brown the onions, while sauteing them. The sauce is ment to be Pure white. Took me about 50 mins to cook though. Sauce turned out thick and creamy. This is making me want to cook it again!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2009
This is one of the best that I've cooked. It cooks fast, and tastes awesome! It's the perfect holiday treat. It's great that the cookies turn out doughy. I am not crazy about crunchy. The pumpkin flavor keeps it moist. And the combination of cinnamon/clove is perfect. Didn't have nutmeg, but I will be sure to add it next time. I plan on making this for Thanksgiving.
